Experience & Approach
I bring a rare combination of practical experience, entrepreneurial mindset and lived understanding of retreat work.
For many years, I have known the world not just through travel, but through lived experience. I spent extended periods in different countries, immersing myself fully in new environments, rhythms and ways of living. Travel has always been part of who I am. I even carry it with me physically: a tattoo on my foot reads Vivo Para Viajar — I live to travel.
Over the years, I have supported and coordinated trips and extended stays across the world, from small, intimate groups to larger group settings. Planning routes, coordinating logistics, anticipating potential challenges and making sure things run smoothly comes naturally to me. I am highly practical, efficient and hands-on. I speak Dutch, French, English and Spanish, which is often helpful when working with international locations and retreat settings. I enjoy turning complexity into clarity and translating ideas into something that works in real life, not just on paper.
Alongside this, I am deeply entrepreneurial. I currently run four thriving businesses, all built from the ground up. This means I am comfortable carrying responsibility, making clear decisions, working with timelines and budgets, and staying grounded when plans shift. I naturally think in solutions and structure, even in dynamic or changing situations.
Travel is not only something I enjoy; it is something I understand. I have a strong sense for spaces, group dynamics and practical flow. I intuitively sense how a location supports a group, how people settle into a space, and what helps a retreat feel grounded, calm and supported. I know when structure is needed, and where flexibility creates more ease.
Personal development plays a central role in my life. I have been deeply engaged with Human Design (i am a 3/5 splenic manifestor) and inner work for many years, and I live an open-minded, consciously designed life. I have also participated in many retreats and immersions as a participant myself. This gives me a clear understanding of what feels supportive, what becomes distracting, and which practical elements facilitators often underestimate.
This combination places me in a unique position. I understand the depth, sensitivity and vulnerability of retreat work, while also bringing clarity, structure and practical coordination behind the scenes.
When you work with me, you don’t just work with someone who supports logistics. You work with someone who understands the depth of what you are holding, senses what supports a group, and takes care of the practical structure around your retreat, so you can stay fully present with your participants.
That is what makes working together feel calm, clear and supportive.
