What Is a Human Design IMMERSION and why join?
An immersion is not a training, a course, or a series of talks.
It is a lived experience.
For several days, you step into an environment where Human Design is not something you study, but something you live and feel. You are surrounded by people who understand the language, the respect for aura, timing and individuality. That alone changes everything.
Being immersed with other Human Design practitioners creates a field that cannot be replicated online or alone. There is a natural safety in being together with people who treat each other correctly, who honor boundaries, and who are open to real experimentation rather than performance or fixing. This is where the experiment accelerates.
Why an immersion goes deeper:
When you live together, eat together, move together and share space for several days, layers start to peel away naturally. Not through effort or analysis, but through presence.
In an immersion, you don’t just understand your design intellectually.
You begin to feel it.
You feel how your aura meets others.
You feel what your centers do in interaction.
You feel your lines coming alive in real situations.
You notice conditioning patterns surfacing and dissolving, simply by being in the right environment.
These are experiences that are almost impossible to access on your own.
The power of being together:
There is something deeply impactful about spending time with like-minded people who are on their own Human Design journey. Conversations become different. Silence becomes meaningful. Experiments feel safer. Insights land faster.
You are witnessed without being judged.
You are mirrored without being corrected.
You are allowed to explore without needing to explain yourself.
This collective field supports deeper awareness, faster recognition and a stronger trust in your own inner authority.
Even if you already know Human Design:
Especially then.
Many people understand Human Design very well, but still struggle to embody it fully in daily life. An immersion bridges that gap. It moves you from knowing to living, from thinking to sensing.
It sharpens your awareness, strengthens your confidence in your design and deepens your relationship with yourself and others.
The value of that experience is hard to put into words. It stays with you long after the immersion ends.
This is not about learning more.
It is about becoming more aligned, more embodied and more yourself.

Get to know the organisors:
This immersion is guided and held by two organisers with clearly defined roles, each bringing their own strength, experience and energy into the field.
Helene Hartmann
Human Design Analyst | 5/1 Sacral Manifesting Generator
Helene Hartmann has been working professionally with Human Design since 2014, and has been deeply involved with the system since 2008. Her work is rooted in one essential question: how do we penetrate to our own core of being, so we can live a life that truly corresponds to who we are?
For decades, Helene has completed numerous training programs and also works psychotherapeutic with a professional approach to trauma.
Her approach is experiential, precise and embodied. Decision-making plays a central role in her work. Rather than collecting and comparing external information, Helene guides people back to their own inner compass, where coherent and correct decisions naturally arise.
Helene is a pure Manifesting Generator with only one channel activated three times. The 34-20 is the only Generator channel that is able to manifest energy directly.
The strength, combined with 7 open centers and a 5/1 profile, enables her to perceive her surroundings very precisely while maintaining a clear position. This is further enhanced by her single definition and straightforward design. Out of a single mould, like Peter Schöber once described her design.
IHDS Professional for Basic Readings and Cycle Readings, Living-Your-Design-Guide, Training with Peter Schöber, Mary Ann Winiger, Nisarg Nikiel, Austria
Her astrology training with Ernst Seelbach allows her to understand Human Design even more in depth. - since 2002.
Ineke
3/5 Splenic Manifestor | Practical Organisation & Holding the Container
Ineke is a 3/5 Splenic Manifestor with a strong gift for initiation, speed and practical clarity. Where Helene holds the depth of the work, Ineke holds the structure that allows the work to unfold with ease.
Within this immersion, Ineke supports the full practical organisation and holds the container and structure that allow the Human Design experiment to unfold smoothly. Her role centres around creating clear structure and rhythm, holding practical and energetic stability, supporting correct timing and flow throughout the days, initiating when movement is needed and allowing space when it is not.
Her strength lies in creating smooth, grounded structures so participants can relax and focus fully on their own process. Clear, efficient and intuitive, she ensures that everything around the immersion supports the experience rather than distracting from it.
She has been living her Human Design experiment for several years, with a strong focus on embodiment and real-life application. As a 3/5 Splenic Manifestor with Single Definition, her experiment centers on trusting instinct, initiating when something is correct, and learning through lived experience rather than theory.
Her defined Spleen, Throat, Ego and Root give her a grounded, decisive presence.
With Gate 53 in her conscious Sun, beginnings and initiation are a natural theme in her life. There is an inherent drive to start new cycles and move energy forward.
Her fully open G Center has been a major learning field in her experiment. Rather than fixing an identity or direction, she has learned to move fluidly with people, places and environments, allowing direction to emerge naturally.
Through multiple courses, retreats, immersions and conferences, her understanding deepened through lots of hands on experiences.
At the core of her experiment lies one conviction: Human Design only becomes real when it is felt. Through interaction, presence and daily life, alignment reveals itself far more clearly than through analysis alone.
Working Together
Helene and Ineke met in Oslo during a Human Design conference. From their very first conversation, there was a strong sense of calm, ease and mutual recognition. The collaboration grew organically from that moment.
Helene shared her long-standing love for organising Human Design immersions and her desire to focus fully on the depth of the work. Ineke instinctively initiated a collaboration, offering to support the immersion by holding the practical structure and flow, so Helene could remain fully present with the content and therapeutic guidance.
The result is a collaboration where both roles are clearly defined, complementary and aligned. Depth and structure, insight and execution, content and container. Each brings their own expertise while respecting the role and responsibility of the other.
Within the immersion, Helene is the juridical organiser of this immersion and carries formal responsibility for the content, program and participant experience. She carries the professional Human Design analysis and therapeutic guidance. Ineke supports the immersion by holding the practical container, structure and rhythm of the days, ensuring that the environment supports the work rather than distracting from it.
Together, they create a balance between depth and structure, intuition and clarity, safety and exploration.
For participants, this means an immersion where the environment supports relaxation, trust and embodiment. When the container is correct, the body feels safe enough to experiment, sense and integrate at a deeper level.
